Cut and wash a 1/4 pound of chicken.
Season the chicken with mixed season (semi liquid), salt, mustard, etc and mix well.
Pour one tablespoon oil into a large pot. Let it warm, then throw in some chipped garlic, pepper, celery, and onion. Let it fry. Then throw in the seasoned chicken and stir to fry for about ten minutes.
Now, turn off your stove and pour coconut milk over the fried and seasoned chicken. Add water until it becomes about 1 litre in the pot. Turn on the stove and let it boil. Now add about 1/2 pint rice, 1/2 pint black eyed peas and 1/2 pint split peas. Chip one small squash and two potatoes and add. Stir and allow to boil.
Add oregano, thyme, salt, cubes, a whole hot peppers, and other seasoning. Stir well until rice boils. Serve hot.
