Some parts of those countries, along with some parts of Europe, the Caribbean, and South America, will observe only a partial eclipse. The eclipse is not forecasted to be visible from Guyana.
A solar eclipse like this one happens when the moon passes between the earth and the sun blocking the sun’s rays and casting a shadow on the earth.
A total solar eclipse is where the sun is completely blocked out causing the day to be temporarily transformed into night. The total solar eclipse is expected to be visible from various parts of the United States, Canada, and Mexico for about four minutes. A partial solar eclipse is where only a part of the sun is blocked out causing the sun to have a crescent shape and reduced lighting on the earth.
Persons are advised not to attempt to look at the sun with the naked eye as this may damage the eyes and even cause blindness.
If the moon according to science is a reflection of the sun then why would there be darkness if when the moon comes right in front the sun , shouldn’t it supposed to be brighter or be like a laser beam. Trying to make sense out of nonsense logically.
