High Court Has Jurisdiction in Case Filed Against GECOM – Chief Justice

Acting Chief Justice, Roxane George, has today, at around 2:30 PM, ruled that the High Court “does” have jurisdiction in the case of GECOM versus the PPP/C.

GECOM was represented by Mr. Neil Boston while the PPP/C was represented by Mr. Douglas Mendes.

The matter will resume at the High Court on Tuesday, 10th March 2020 at 3:30 PM in Georgetown, Guyana.
