3rd of June, 2020. Georgetown, Guyana, South America.

Two private citizens have filed criminal charges against Chief Elections Officer, Mr. Keith Lowenfield, for his action of breaching public trust while disenfranchising over 115,000 voters in his elections report – contrary to the instructions of the GECOM Chair who requested that he prepare his report BASED ON THE RECOUNT RESULTS ONLY.

These charges are likely to land Mr. Lowenfield in some seriously hot water at a time when Mr. David Granger has portrayed non-involvement in the elections rigging machinery. In a recent statement a few days ago, Mr. David Granger, responding to pressure from the local and international communities, said that he cannot concede defeat because GECOM has not yet made a declaration and that he will respect any declaration made by GECOM. This statement had been echoed by the head of state time and time again, but his actions speak louder than and contrary to his words.

The statement also betrays a sense of pretended innocence in the attempted rigging of the March 2, 2020 elections at a time when many people are speculating that the head of state was well aware and supportive of the attempts to rig the elections on more than two occasions. This leaves many questions as to who was at the top of the command hierarchy when Mr. Clairmont Mingo and Mr. Keith Lowenfield attempted to rig the March 2, 2020 elections on March 4th and June 23rd respectively.

With Mr. Granger portraying innocence in the whole matter, it leaves Mr. Keith Lowenfield in the sauce by himself to answer to the two separate criminal charges that were filed against him. The charges are expected to be heard today, 3rd of July, 2020 in Georgetown, Guyana, South America.
