APNU/AFC Supporters File Private Criminal Charges Against Claudette Singh

In an unprecedented move that reeks of desperation and puerility, three APNU/AFC supporters have filed private criminal charges against GECOM Chair, Retired Justice Claudette Singh on the grounds of Misconduct in Public Office.

The three applicants are:

  1. Keith Ondaan of 2987 Central Amelia’s Ward, Mckenzie, Linden, Guyana, South America.
  2. Onita Walcott of Lot 25, Section B, Victoria Village, East Coast Demerara, Guyana, South America.
  3. Lorraine Joseph of Lot 16, Melanie Damishana, East Coast Demerara, Guyana, South America.

The charge by Keith Ondaan reads that the GECOM Chair acted unlawfully and recklessly when she caused the Gazetting of the Recount order because a recount would have been unconstitutational accoriding to the advice of the Legal Officer of GECOM.

The charge by Onita Walcott reads that the GECOM chair acted unlawfully and recklessly when she refused to accept the fraudulent report of the CEO, Keith Lowenfield.

The charge by Lorraine Joseph reads that the GECOM chair acted unlawfully and recklessly when she breached the Recount Order.
