Last updated: July 31, 2022 at 9:27 am39-year-old Sydney Cort, who was a teacher by profession, was killed in the early morning hours of today, 31st of July, 2022, at around 1:00 a.m. Cort was a teacher by profession and resided in the town of Rose Hall, Corentyne, Berbice, Guyana.
According to reports received, Cort was driving a blue SUV at an extremely fast rate. He was traveling East along the Corentyne Highway when he lost control of the vehicle in the village of Albion. The vehicle crashed into a GPL utility pole before flipping over several times and landed someone’s yard.
Sydney Cort was a respectable member of the community, a role model, and an inspiration to many. He leaves to mourn his wife, Trishanna Cort, and their two-year-old daughter.
