As our boat prepared to dock, I quickly pulled out my camera and snapped a photo of the entrance to the Aruwai Island Resort. The Aruwai Island Resort is located in the Mazaruni River – about 20 minutes by speed boat from the Bartica dock in Region 7, Guyana, South America.
