The village of Enterprise is approximately 40 square kilometers in size and it has a population of approximately 3000 people. About 98% of the residents of Enterprise Village are of East Indian descent, about 1% are of African descent and about 1% are of mixed racial heritage. Most of the residents of Enterprise Village find employment at the Wales Sugar Estate. Other forms of economic activities in the village of Enterprise include cash crop farming and cattle rearing.
