The teenaged female student of Mahdia Secondary School who is accused of maliciously and intently starting the deadly Mahdia Female Dorms Fire will be charged with murder, according to a Press Release by the Guyana Police Force. The accused, who is over 14 years old, will be charged as an adult for 19 counts of murder.
