A 15-year-old girl has gone missing from Yarrowkabra Secondary School located along the Linden-Soesdyke Highway in Region 4, Guyana, South America. Her mother has already filed a police report and is pleading with the general public to help locate her daughter and bring her home safely. According to the girl’s mom, she was last seen yesterday, Friday, 4th of April, 2025 at around 9 AM when she was dropped off to school.
The girl’s mother related to this publication that the girl, along with a group of other students, were dropped off to the Yarrowkabra Secondary School yesterday, Friday, 4th of April, 2025 at around 8:00 AM. However, she apparently left the school compound shortly after and never returned. The security guard of the school said he recalls seeing the child walking back out of the school compound a few minutes after entering, and going across the road to a snackette. However, he said he’s not sure he saw the girl returning back into the school compound. Further, her class teacher said her name was marked absent that day.
Based on existing accounts, it seems as though the girl was dropped to school in the morning, but walked out of the compound to a nearby snackette, after which she was kidnapped, or voluntarily departed.
