At the time of this writing (last updated July 2024), the Mountain Stream Eco Lodge features 4 rooms: 1 family room and 3 standard rooms suitable for couples or solo travelers. Owner Brian Fredericks informed this publication that plans are underway to construct 8 more rooms on the compound as demand is rising.

The family room costs $18,500 GY per night and the standard rooms cost $15,000 per night. The standard rooms are offered at a discounted price of $12,000 GY for residents of Region 9. For visitors coming from Georgetown, Brazil, and other countries, the cost is $15,000 per night.

Meals
This amazing breakfast was served to me at the Mountain Stream Eco Lodge when I visited there on June 2023. I’ve never tasted roti so soft and sweet.
The cost per night of each room at the Mountain Stream Eco Lodge in St. Ignatius Village does not include breakfast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, if the guest requires it, will incur an additional cost and will need to be ordered in advance. Guests should inform the staff the night before if they will need breakfast, and the menu options will be presented to them.

Dinner: $2,500 GY
The Bar
The Mountain Stream bar attracts persons from the village as well neighboring villages, including the town of Lethem, who are looking for a good time out. It features a pool table and offers a wide variety of drinks. Music is played at the bar for the entertainment of the customers there until midnight.
Keep going straight and cross the bridge that takes you over to St. Ignatius Village. At the first junction, turn left and drive until you reach the “top of the hill.” On this junction, you will see the “pink shop on the hill” in front of you, and the road leading to the St. Ignatius Secondary School to your left. Turn left into the road leading to the St. Ignatius Secondary School.
Drive straight until you reach about 3/4 of the way to the end of the road, then turn left into the red laterite road. Again, drive straight about 3/4 of the way to the end of the laterite road and look towards your right. You will see a detour leading to the Mountain Stream Eco Lodge which is now just a few meters away from you.
The gates of the Mountain Stream Eco Lodge are open from 6:00 A.M to midnight. At midnight, the gates are locked for security purposes.
