Georgetown, Guyana, South America.

Yesterday, 27th of May, 2020 marked day 22 of the ongoing recount of all votes cast in the March 2, 2020 elections. On day 22, a total of 92 ballot boxes were counted. This brings the total number of counted ballot boxes up to 1,337 or 57.16%. At the close of yesterday, 1002 ballot boxes were left to be counted.

Once again, the APNU/AFC representative has refused to sign the Certificate of Tabulation for District 5 – in which they lost. In District 5, the PPP/C gained 18,286 votes while the APNU/AFC gained 14,472 votes.

A few weeks back, the APNU/AFC representative had also refused to sign the certificate of tabulation for Region 2 – which they also lost.

Meanwhile, one person who was labeled as a “dead voter” by APNU/AFC representatives has come out to refute the claims and prove the fact that he is very much alive and not dead as the APNU/AFC has claimed.

President Granger has cautioned persons to desist from using “misleading” terms such as “rigging” when writing or speaking about the March 2, 2020 elections. As a result, many persons are searching for synonyms.

There is also an ongoing feud between APNU/AFC agents and PPP/C agents as relates to the protocols for accessing death certificates – a practice which agents of the APNU/AFC has been engaged in – in an effort to prove that the March 2, 2020 elections were not credible. They also claim they won the elections.
