The Police said that the haversack was recovered during a search operation and the suspect arrested. A Tictok video shared by someone who was on the scene shows that the suspect put up resistance while the police tried to apprehend him at a marketplace. In fact, he was obscene enough to spit or attempt to spit in one of the police officers’ face. The officers subsequently dealt him several cuffs and escorted him to the police van.

Unfortunately, in the video, you can see onlookers absurd enough to shout in defense of the vulture. Perhaps if there weren’t video evidence to show that the vulture resisted arrest and spat in the officer’s face, then they might have alleged police brutality. It is clear that the police acted well within their rights and exercised great restraint.
