A young Guyanese woman who has been chronically ill for several years has taken to social media to appeal for help from the general public. Amanda Hendricks explains that of recent, her condition has deteriorated, putting her in a critical state. As such, her mother is now providing intensive care for her. She is in need of financing for a medical operation.

Everybody know I am sick on an off for the past 3 years. I keep getting slim. I thought I was recovering when I started to swell last month. I have fluids in me and it’s hard to breathe or eat. Also bowel inflammatory disease which causes me not to absorb any nutrients. That’s why I’m always low in blood. Rn I can’t move my mother cleans me and wipe me out.i can’t move. I’m bearly making it to type this so I’ll cut. My reason for this post is to raise money to do my surgery which is $120000. Please help in any lil way u can I wanna go home to my girls.
