Differently-Abled Youth Badly Beaten, in Need of Help

13th of December, 2021. Guyana, South America

On the 27th of April 2021, a young man suffered a great injustice. Darren Allen, a differently-abled youth from Campbellville, was grievously wounded after being brutally beaten with an iron rod and set afire.

As a result, Darren suffered second and third degree burns to a large portion of his body. He was hospitalized for THREE MONTHS and required THREE SURGERIES before he was discharged.

These acts were allegedly perpetrated by men whom Darren was working for as a handyman.

Since his discharge from the hospital, Darren has been cared for by his father, Brian Allen. However, Darren and his father, Brian, are having an incredibly difficult time financially and have a long road ahead. As such, they need some support from the community.
