Last updated: February 27, 2022 at 15:27 pmA concerned citizen has observed an unknown man (shown in the photo above) sitting at the base of a utility pole, and she is appealing to the government, as well as charitable organizations and persons to investigate the man’s circumstances so as to render whatever assistance they can.
The citizen related that she does not know the man nor does she know whether he is of unsound mind or not. He may be lost, homeless, a refugee, etc.
According to the citizen, the man, who appears to be in his twenties or thirties, was seen sitting at the utility pole “immediately next to the middle dam” at Bush Lot Village, West Coast Berbice, Guyana, South America, since around Friday, 25th of February, 2022. He has a few bags near to him and a piece of wood in his hands.
Team Guyana, South America joins the call for charitable organizations and persons, as well as government officials and organizations, to investigate the circumstances of this individual and render whatever assistance they can in order to provide him shelter and, if possible, rehabilitation.
